Best thing for the submarine belt on stock seats is to route it intween the seat and the back, park your taint on top of it and buckle in. Going around the front of the seat defeats the purpose of the belt (keep you from slipping downward out from under the belts). Going all the way to the front of the seat doesn't keep the belt set secure to your pelvis.
